Brussels is a lovely place, a gift-wrapped Gothic treasure filled with chocolate and other delicious delights. I was only there for a short while and thus didn't have nearly enough time to explore this beautiful Belgian city. I did, however, manage to peruse a few design stores and a chocolatier, eat Frites (Belgium is the birthplace of slap chips), see some gorgeous lace and visit the infamous (and underwhelming) Mannekin Pis. Alongside these outings I also visited Sint-Michiels- en Sint-Goedelekathedraal (commonly reffered to as Sint-Goedele) and seafood restaurant for some Mussels in Brusells.
